Cindy Graves Florida Federation of Republican Women
Cindy Graves FFRW President
What an honor it is for me and my fellow officers to lead the strongest group of Republican women in the country!

The FFRW has a proud and distinguished history of grassroots activism and GOP leadership. We count among our membership empowered women leaders, elected offcials at every level of government and the Secretary of the Republican National Committee, Sharon Day.

2010 will be the pivotal year in American history and in our own history as we celebrate our 60th anniversary. The spotlight will be focused on building upon our enormous success one county at a time, one race at a time, uniting women along the way.

In 2008 we were recognized nationally for our activism on behalf of the ticket. Our outreach landed us on Fox News, CNN and hundreds of other media outlets. We forged a new political action blueprint and were instrumental in building the largest coalition in the country – Florida Women for McCain/Palin - as we campaigned for the first woman on the GOP ticket.

2009 brought the National Federation of Republican Women's Biennial Convention to Orlando. FFRW Co-chairs Carolyn Booth and Mariann Lansing did a masterful job of working with the national team to accomplish an exciting, informative and news making event as the women of the Florida Federation of Republican Women welcomed our sister delegates from all 50 states.

Collectively, we have accomplished much- built our government relations, instituted an enviable public relations platform, advocated for good law and worked tirelessly to made sure Republicans were elected. In 2010 we move beyond our previous accomplishments in technology, leadership and the promotion of women candidates for office while putting forth a grassroots organization that will ensure we increase GOP seats at every level.

The state and county leadership teams are organized and energized and we come united with a solid, vision on everything from fund raising and grassroots organization to a completely new take on political promotion of GOP candidates. With a revolutionary three prong approach, we have reorganized an elections grassroots platform for candidates that will help each campaign to the women of our state in whole new way - increasing their reach and saving campaign funds along the way.

In 2010 we will be refocusing to harness the energy of every interested Republican woman in Florida,
capture their imagination and enthusiasm while building clubs and electing candidates along the way. Please join us!
